Policies

SHIPPING
Postage Terms
 

Upon receipt of payment your purchase will be carefully packaged and dispatched within the timescale noted in the listing description via Royal Mail first class post (delivery estimated at 1-2 working days once dispatched), and International Standard for international orders (delivery estimated at 3-7 working days once dispatched). Please note that international delivery is known to take longer than the estimated timescales provided by the Royal Mail and can often take a couple of weeks and if your item is delayed in customs for example, delivery could take up to six weeks in rare circumstances.

Items of precious/semi-precious jewellery and higher value items will be sent via registered post and will require a signature on delivery.

Items are posted to the delivery address provided during checkout and the buyer is responsible for providing the correct address. If an incorrect address is provided I will resend the item (if available) to the correct address at the buyer's expense.

Postage Charges

Orders of knitted jewellery will incur the following postage charges:

UK - £1.50

Europe - £3.00

World zone 1* - £3.65

World zone 2* - £3.80

Orders of all other items will incur the following postage charges:

UK - £4.60

Europe - £5.00

World zone 1* - £5.65

World zone 2* - £6.00

*World zones are as defined by the Royal Mail - http://www.royalmail.com/international-zones

Custom Orders
 

I am always happy to create a custom item. Please get in touch and let me know what you require including timescales and budget. I will send you an invoice and payment is required in full before work will begin.

 

Refunds and Exchanges
 

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers who make purchases online are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period. With the exception of custom orders, and earrings (which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons) I am happy to offer a full refund of any purchases under the following terms:

* The customer makes contact within 14 days of receipt
* Items are unworn
* Items are returned in the same condition as when they were purchased
* Buyer pays for return postage and packaging costs (I recommend obtaining proof of postage for purchases under £20 and using an insured delivery service for more valuable purchases).

In the event of an item being received damaged or faulty, photographic evidence will be required, and in some cases the item may require to be returned for a full refund or replacement.

In addition to the above, if you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason please get in touch straightaway and I will do what I can to rectify any issues.
